Drawing on their experiences across various Fribourg venues, Dany, Patrick, and their team present a selection of innovative drinks. PP and his kitchen crew take you on a responsible, impactful, and surprising culinary journey, with bold flavors. PP’s eclectic background has shaped a unique style that blends tradition and innovation.

At noon, an accessible and punchy daily menu. Upon reservation, a business menu for sharing moments. In the evening, it’s all about drinks, tapas, and street food, with dishes to share as the seasons change. Stop by for a drink, stay to discover.

The focus is on discovery! A cuisine with international influences yet rooted in the local scene. The menu features “format” plates allowing everyone to explore PP’s culinary world at their own pace. The four seats at the kitchen bar are reserved for a surprise menu that provides direct interaction with the chefs for a unique experience.”
